Who is responsible
This website is operated by LawBusinessEnglishSpeechCoaching by Roxanne. For any question about your personal data, write to the email address shown on the Contact page.
What data is collected
When you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address, the topic you select, and your message. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Why it is used
Your details are used only to reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to arrange a consultation or lessons. The legal basis is your consent and the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).
Who receives your data
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes visitors' IP addresses to deliver its pages and to protect the contact form from abuse. Messages sent with the contact form are delivered by email through Resend to my Gmail inbox, a Google service. These providers may process data outside the EU/EEA.
Third-party services
If online booking is offered, booking a consultation opens Calendly, and chat links open WhatsApp. These services process your data under their own privacy policies, and only when you choose to use them.
How long it is kept
Messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting lessons, and are deleted on request.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time by email. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
